One Fan usage

The 4-72 centrifugal fan can be used for indoor ventilation and air exchange in general factories and large buildings, conveying air and other unnatural gases that are harmless to human health and non corrosive to steel.

The B4-72 fan can be used for ventilation and exchange of flammable and volatile gases. There must be no viscous substances in the gas, and the content of dust and hard particles should not exceed 150mg/m3. The gas temperature shall not exceed 80 ℃.

The performance, selection of components, and basic dimensions of B4-72 fan and 4-72

Consistent in type, can be selected according to its sample. The structure of the fan is basically the same as the 4-72 type, and the No2.8-6A adopts the B35 type motor with flange and foot. The YB series corresponding to the Y series in this table is selected for motors numbered 6~12C and D, and the installation type is B3.

The F4-72 fan is made of fiberglass material for transporting corrosive gases, and its performance and basic dimensions are the same as those of the 4-72 type.

II Fan form

When viewed from the side of the electric motor, the impeller rotates clockwise, which is called a right cyclone machine, represented by "right". When the impeller rotates counterclockwise, it is called a left cyclone machine, represented by "left". The outlet position of the fan is represented by the outlet angle of the casing. The 4-72 type fan NO2.6-6 is manufactured in one form, and the user unit installs it in the required position according to requirements. It does not need to be specified when ordering. The adjustment range for the position of the NO2.8 air outlet is 0 ° to 225 °, with an interval of 22.5 °. The adjustment range for the position of the NO8-12 air outlet is 0 ° to 225 °, with an interval of 45 °. The position of the NO16-20 air outlet is fixed in three types: 0 °, 90 °, and 180 °, which cannot be adjusted and must be specified when ordering. There are four transmission modes for fans: A, B, C, and D. The 4-72 type fan adopts A-type transmission for NO2.8-6, C and D type transmission for NO8-12, and B-type transmission for NO16-20.

III Structural characteristics

The NO2.8-6 in the 4-72 type fan is mainly composed of competing parts such as impeller, casing, and air inlet, which are directly connected to the motor. In addition to the above parts, the NO8-20 also has a transmission part.

1. The impeller consists of 10 aft sloping wing shaped blades, curved front plate, and flat rear plate, made of steel plate or cast aluminum alloy, and calibrated for dynamic and static balance. It has good air performance, high efficiency, and smooth operation.

2. The casing is made into three different types. The casing of NO2.8-12 is made as a whole and cannot be disassembled. The casing of NO16-20 is made as a three open type, which is horizontally divided into three halves along the middle line, and the upper half is vertically divided into two halves along the middle line and connected by bolts.

3. The air inlet is made as a whole and installed on the side of the fan. The cross-section parallel to the axial direction is curved, which allows gas to enter the impeller smoothly with minimal loss.

4. The transmission part consists of a main shaft, a bearing box, flow bearings, pulleys or couplings.
